Oros builds shared, open-source healthcare data infrastructure. Its first project, CKM Data Readiness, assesses whether clinical and device data is fit for the work a care team needs to do, identifies what blocks its use, routes each blocker to the role able to fix it, and guides remediation over time. CKM stands for cardiovascular, kidney, and metabolic conditions. The work begins with diabetes, in rural primary care, Kansas first. The core is open source: Apache 2.0 licensed, for anyone to use, build on, and carry forward.
